Finding a great meal won’t be much trouble as the Edgewood has you covered. If you’re in the mood for something casual, head over to the Bistro which serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner seven days a week. Dinner menu selections include jumbo lump crab cakes, brick oven pizza, baked gnocchi, venison loin, and sautéed pacific mussels. For another experience, throw on a nice outfit and visit the Edgewood Restaurant. Serving dinner every night, the Edgewood boasts a great menu featuring dishes like yellow tail sashimi, seared sea bass, seafood risotto, strip steak, and rack of lamb. If you want to be outdoors, stop in at Brooks Bar and Deck for a drink or quick bite overlooking the golf course.

Summer activities are pretty much endless at the resort and along the lakefront area so take advantage of the heated lakeside pool and hot tub, boat and jet ski rentals, biking, paddle boarding, kayaking, parasailing, fishing, yoga, hiking, shopping, and of course, golf.

Golf on the Shore

The par-72, 7,529-yard George Fazio-designed Edgewood Tahoe Golf Course, which plays host to the American Century Celebrity Championship each summer, can be challenging but is certainly a fair test offering four sets of tee boxes.

Marked by absolutely incredible scenery, the sounds of the pristine lake waters lapping at the shore, and the variety of hole designs – along the lake, the trees, and the meadows – create a truly memorable experience as you try to imagine yourself beating your favorite athletes and celebs who flock here each summer.

There are also several solid public courses located around Lake Tahoe that can be added to your trip, including Genoa Lakes Golf Club and Lake Tahoe Golf Course.
