In the spring of 2018, the resort unveiled plans for a massive expansion that will include a new 80-room hotel tower, an indoor/outdoor pool, a spa, and a fitness center.

Whether you’re in the mood for steaks, pasta, and seafood at the Three Fires Steakhouse & Bar, a quick burger at the Buffalo Grill, or a little bit of everything at the Longhouse Buffet, you will definitely not go hungry here.
Natural Beauty
The Firekeeper Golf Course, Notah Begay’s first signature creation, is a natural beauty to behold. Very little earth was moved or terrain disturbed to create the par-72 course and you won’t find any condos or townhomes along its holes.
The layout is very balanced with four par fives, four par threes and ten par fours and is accessible to golfers of all skill levels with multiple tee boxes that can make the course play as long as 7,500 yards from the tips to 4,500 yards from the forward tees. Bent grass greens and generous fairways and greens are the norm here creating a very enjoyable experience. In fact, the natural prairie grass that sits a good pace off the fairways is the only substantial trouble you’ll encounter here. The course also features a golf academy.
For 2018, the resort offers midweek and weekend stay and play packages that include one night in the hotel (double-occupancy), a round of golf, and golf cart rental. Rates start at $199 midweek and $269 for weekends.
