The new Signature restaurant offers seasonal fresh takes on traditional classics, including goat cheese tortellini, crab cakes, Osso Bucco, and pheasant. Other dining options include SweetFire Kitchen which offers private and al fresco dining featuring farm-to-table dishes while Primero Cantina serves up Tex-American plates poolside and sports an indoor-outdoor bar.
Top of the Line Texas Golf
The Resort Course: The par-72, 7,021-yard Resort Course, designed by Jay Moorish and Tom Weiskopf is a treat to play offering incredible views as it weaves through the surrounding Texas Hill Country. You will definitely encounter some elevation changes throughout the course, including a dramatic 80-foot drop from the tee at the 7th to the fairway. Five sets of tees make the course enjoyable for golfers of all levels. The Resort Course features streams, oak trees, limestone rock outcroppings, and white sand bunkers. *The course underwent renovations in 2017 to add new green complexes, tee complexes and bunkers.
Palmer Course: The legendary Arnold Palmer created a true gem with this par-71, 6,926-yard championship course that boasts waterfalls and picturesque views in addition to elevation changes and forced carries, including the 188-yard, par-3, 4th hole which requires a tee shot to carry a lake all the way to the green. Before or after your round, stop in for breakfast or lunch at the Palmer Grill overlooking the 18th green.
La Cantera offers the Hill Country Golf Package which includes accommodations, golf on either the Resort or Palmer Course, and a La Cantera golf hat. Check with the resort for current offers and availability.
