A Must Play

The par-72, 7,370-yard Robert Trent Jones, Sr.-designed Mauna Kea Golf course, built in 1964 upon a black lava field, has been a mainstay of must play Hawaii courses for years now. A freshening up by Rees Jones in recent years has the course in tip-top shape featuring nearly 100 sand bunkers, lush fairways offering beautiful views of the coast and ocean, and elevated undulating greens. The course offers a fun experience for any golfer and based upon the winds can show its teeth from time to time.

The resort offers a stay and play package that includes two rounds of golf when you stay for three nights.
