Sea Pines Resort

Sea Pines Resort

When you’re talking about a golf buddy trip and someone mentions Hilton Head, you know you’re headed in a good direction.

And with five miles of beautiful beachfront, three championship golf courses, and a limitless amount of activities on land or the water, Sea Pines Resort is a Hilton Head destination that should be high up on your list.

Sitting on 5,000 acres, the resort offers a nice range of accommodations. From 60 luxurious guest rooms at the Inn & Club at Harbour Town to fully outfitted vacation homes and villas that can comfortably host two to 12 guests, it won’t be difficult to find just the right fit for your group.

A big part of what makes a stay at Sea Pines so unforgettable is the food and dining options are endless. Whether you’re in the mood for traditional Southern dishes, fine dining, fresh seafood, or burgers and beers the resort offers it all and much more.

Guests of Sea Pines can spend their days lounging on the beach, getting a spa treatment, playing tennis, fishing, golfing, shopping, kayaking, horseback riding, or biking on the more than 40 miles of trails available.

Harbour Town Golf Links: Home to the PGA Tour’s popular RBC Heritage for years, the par-71, 7,100-yard course designed by Pete Dye is considered a must play for any trip to the southeast. Harbour Town makes players think their way around the course rather than try to overpower it. With a collection of challenging par threes and the always tricky par-4 18th hole with its signature lighthouse, a round here is both challenging and rewarding.

Heron Point: This par-72, 7,000-yard Pete Dye track presents challenges but with seven sets of tees on each hole, players can find the right length for their game. Marked by risk-reward temptations, penalizing bunkers, rolling fairways, mounds and swales, Heron Point’s real challenge presents itself in approach shots to the course’s smaller, undulating greens with collection areas ready to snatch inaccurate shots.

Atlantic Dunes: Completely reconstructed by Davis Love III in 2016, the very playable par-72, 7,000-yard Atlantic Dunes features some incredible views, indigenous plants, water hazards, and sand dunes that blend seamlessly into the design.

Sea Pines offers a bunch of golf package deals, including the three-night, four-day Ultimate Golf Buddy Trip (Pete Dye Package) which features: A choice of lodging at The Inn & Club at Harbour Town or in a premier home or villa at The Sea Pines Resort, One round of golf at Harbour Town Golf Links, One round of golf at Heron Point, One round of golf at Atlantic Dunes, Personal driver to accommodate evening dining and entertainment, Transport to all three Sea Pines Resort golf courses, Daily breakfast, and a Golf merchandise gift card. Rates start at $383 per player per night for a group of four.
