Tetherow Golf Club

Tetherow Golf Club

Let’s get one thing straight right from the start – Tetherow Golf Club is no pushover.

The par-72, 7,298-yard David McLay Kidd-created links-style course near Bend, Ore., features some truly beautiful holes with fescue-lined fairways, rolling mounds, lightning fast undulating greens, elevations changes, and tricky ragged bunkers. But while Tetherow might very well have you begging for mercy, the incredible panoramic views of the Central Cascade Mountains and surrounding high desert will have you begging for more. The course requires forecaddies for non-members and you will likely be glad to have their experience and guidance at your side, particularly when reading putts.

Tetherow also features a fitness and golf academy.

From tee to green, Tetherow will challenge your mind and every club in your bag. But who doesn’t love a little challenge from time to time?

After you’ve had your fill of Tetherow for the day, retreat to the 50-room Tetherow Lodges to relax and recover. The facility, set in the seclusion of the forest but just minutes from all the activities in Bend, features spacious guest rooms with all the trimmings including ceramic tiled entryways, 46” flat-screen HDTV’s, wet bars, mini-refrigerators, gas fireplaces, private balconies, wireless Internet access, a pillow menu, coffee makers, and luxury linens.

The Lodges is the perfect spot to access all of the incredible activities available on and off-site including swimming, mountain biking, hiking, fishing, kayaking, shopping, and sightseeing.

Finding a great meal at Tetherow won’t be hard with three different dining options available. For a nice fine dining experience, visit Solomon’s for some local and regional flavors that include elk, pheasant, and fresh seafood. The casual pub-themed Row a pub and offers a huge beer menu plus a great American and Scottish-inspired menu.

Tetherow is offering a Stay and Play deal that includes two nights lodging and two days of golf. Rates start at $457 per person for summer and $358 per person in the fall (double occupancy).
