Wequassett Resort And Golf Club

Wequassett Resort and Golf Club

Ah, Cape Cod. The epitome of a summer getaway to many.

Tucked away at the elbow of the Cape in Harwich, the Wequassett Resort and Golf Club stands watch over Pleasant Bay ready to welcome guests with impeccable service and attention, 120 well-appointed guest rooms and suites, five incredible restaurants, tennis, two pools, two beaches, and 18 spectacular holes of golf at highly touted Cape Cod National Golf Club.

Access to Cape Cod National is restricted to its members and guests of the Wequassett.

A Purely Cape Cod Lifestyle

The resort offers Cape Cod-themed luxury accommodations and guests may select from Signature Collection, Cottage Style, or Villas – many of which have private patios or decks. Every detail has been thought of as rooms ooze a luxury feel and contain flat-screen TV’s, 24-hour room service, soaking tubs, gas fireplaces, and amenities from Molton Brown.

The resort’s restaurants cover all the bases. Enjoy casual fare like sandwiches, fish & chips, pizza, and lobster rolls while you enjoy the view at the seaside Outer Bar & Grille. Grab a drink and settle in at Thoreau’s which serves up dishes like halibut, Chatham mussels, dry-aged ribeye, and swordfish in an upscale pub setting complete with a granite fireplace. Or for a true fine dining experience, visit the highly-rated Twenty-Eight Atlantic, the resort’s signature restaurant, for parsnip and almond cream chowder, lobster, salmon, chicken roulade, or lamb creations from executive chef James Hackney.

Naturally, outdoor activities are critical for a resort on the Cape and Wequassett doesn’t disappoint. With every water sport under the sun, tennis, biking, kayaking, fishing, and shopping in virtually every direction, it’s easy to see why you’ll spend most of your time outside.

Exclusive World-Class Golf

For golf fanatics, the ability to play at Cape Cod National makes the Wequassett a no-brainer.

The Par-72, 6,954-yard Brian Silva-designed course affords a refreshingly secluded feel spreading out across 150 beautiful acres of land with many holes running alongside cranberry bogs and kettle ponds. With fairways that are generous for the most part and greens that roll true, players of all skill levels can enjoy a round here.

The par-5, 556-yard third hole presents a true test making it no surprise that it stands as the #1 handicap hole on the course. If your drive finds the fairway, you will be left with a shot into a green protected by a large pond up the right and a green amply protected by bunkers.

As part of its Preferred Golf package, the Wequassett offers a $75 credit per stay which can be used toward greens fees at Cape Cod National.
