Jesus and Moses are playing golf and walk up to a par-3 teebox. The hole is 150 yards and the tee shot must clear a lake.
Moses gets up and hits a 7-iron to the middle of the green. He turns to Jesus and says, “7-iron is the club, my Friend.”
Jesus shakes his head and replies, “Tiger Woods would use a 9-iron.”
So Jesus grabs his 9-iron, makes his swing and sends his ball into the middle of the lake, about 30 yards short of the green. Jesus sighs, walks on the surface of the water, picks up his golf ball and returns to the teebox.
“See,” Moses said. “The right club is a 7-iron.”
“No, Tiger Woods would hit a 9-iron.” Jesus tries the shot again, and the ball goes directly into the middle of the lake.
This goes on until the group playing behind them catches up on the teebox. One of the men walks up to Moses and asks, “Hey pal, who does your friend think he is? Jesus Christ?”
“Nope,” Moses replies. “He thinks he’s Tiger Woods.”
