As the only Pete Dye-designed course within 40 miles of Manhattan, Pound Ridge Golf Club has been a favorite vacation stop for golfers from around the world. In celebration – and anticipation – of the upcoming 2014 golf season, Pound Ridge and the luxurious Delamar Greenwich Harbor resort are re-releasing their popular stay-and-play package.
Rates start at $515 (single occupancy) and $710 (double occupancy) and include the following:
– Golf shoe and club rental
– A $20 food and beverage voucher for the clubhouse
– 10% off all golf shop merchandise at Pound Ridge Golf Club
– Continental breakfast served in the Delamar lobby
– A bottle of champagne/wine delivered to the room

Pound Ridge Golf Club plays to a par-72, has five sets of tees and measures 7,165 yards from the tips. It boasts a practice range, short game area and putting green. The property is home to many of the highest points in Westchester County, with a number of tee boxes offering expansive vistas of the surrounding countryside. Notable holes include the par-5, 13th– home to “Pete’s Rock,” a giant boulder that rests in the middle of the fairway – and the par-3 15th – dubbed “Headstone” –flanked on the right by a large rock outcropping that protrudes into the elongated, 9,000-square-foot green.
