Unless you’re one of the experts giving these lessons, you could probably use a little help with your golf game. The weekend is coming and that means it’s time to play some golf! It also means it would be in your best interest to brush up on your game or face the consequences and ridicule from the other members of your foursome.

Uphill Bunker Shot

“Play the ball slightly forward of center, get your shoulders almost into the slope and have your hands a little forward. Don’t expect much follow through as you’re hitting into the slope. Realize that the slope is actually adding loft to the club.”

 Fading and Drawing the Golf Ball

“On a fade, I want my clubface closed relative to the target. On a draw, I want my clubface open relative to the target. The clubface dictates where the ball starts.” 

Maintaining Good Posture

“It is only important to maintain your posture if you’re someone who has a flatter or one-plane golf swing.” 

The Grip and Ball Flight

“Your grip has the most influence on your clubface and your clubface is the most important thing when it comes to direction control.”
