6. Brooks Koepka
Big-time players show up in big-time spots and have big-time performances. Despite only cashing in his first major championship earlier this year at Erin Hills, Koepka has been great in majors over the past four years. In the 13 times he’s teed it up in majors, he’s finished inside the top-10 six times and inside the top-21 all but twice.
Although it may seem concerning that this is only his third tournament start since the U.S. Open, he finished T6 in the Open Championship and T17 last week in Akron. Koepka is a gamer who steps up and performs on the big stage.
