While she may be a few turtles short of a full set, Zoe Klopfer sure looks good in her Ninja Turtle costume. While her color choices may say she’s Raphael, she is certainly fun-loving enough to be a Michaelangelo. No matter which turtle she wants to be though, she is sure to have everybody yelling Cowabunga!
