Only Phil would be on this list twice. During the first round of the 2016 Open Championship at Royal Troon, Lefty had a chance to shoot 62 and break the all-time major scoring record. With a legitimate birdie look in his sights, he struck a near perfect putt, but it caught the edge and inexplicably stayed out having to settle for a 63. Somewhere, Johnny Miller was smiling.
