6. Phil Mickelson
Making the first of two appearances on this list, Phil Mickelson had everything working during the first round of the 2013 Waste Management Open held at TPC Scottsdale. A “59 Watch” was in full effect as he headed to the green on 18 where he had a 25 footer to match golf’s magic number. The putt seemed to be absolutely perfect until it caught the right edge, did a complete horseshoe and somehow managed to stay out. Shooting 60 is a decent consolation prize.
