Here’s a great tip to keep your head still while you putt. It has a lot to do with your posture, so if you have rounded shoulders, what we call a seat-type posture, your arms are kind of long. It’s really hard to putt and keep your head still. You should bring your elbows into your rib cage, bend forward from there, keep your back straight, and then notice how easy it is to swing the putter and keep your head in the same place. If you can keep your head in the same place you have a great chance of it hitting it solidly and squaring up the putter face at impact.
