The ability to load and explode through your hips is a must for an efficient and powerful swing. The better we can load and explode through our hips the more clubhead speed we will generate, which will, in turn, create a greater demand on regions of the body like our shoulders to decelerate the speed. This exercise will create the proper sequencing in your body for a more powerful swing and the strength through your Legs, Core, and Shoulders to do it time and time again.
