I have a red dot on my wall and I use it to show swing plane. It’s used as a visual that people could relate to when they swung the club. I have people swing through and see if they can get the club pointed at the red dot and I just have them do it over and over and over until I can see that they’ve got their arms and their hips turning through and that the club is going back up the plane on the way through. This helps you with everything and it absolutely gets you understanding that the swing goes on a curve. There are no straight lines in the golf swing.
