We’re going to talk about this baseball drill. You are going to just set up to the golf ball, then step back with your lead foot and put the club down about 10 to 12 inches behind the golf ball. Take a practice swing before you hit it, and when you are in your backswing, step forward.

This is a really good drill to get the sequencing correct. The sequence is step, turn, arms, hands. Do this and you’ll start hitting great shots.
