Create A Bigger, Better Pivot

We’re going to use a pool noodle to help up with our pivot. Standing on the noodle with the middle of our feet, we’re going to feel like we’re putting pressure down into the noodle.

Getting your heels to barely touch the ground, get the pressure during the backswing into the lead toe and trail heel. That’ll help you to create a bigger pivot.
