Some of the most important parts of the human body as it pertains to the golf swing are the feet and ankles. In the backswing, if we don’t have the necessary ability to create dorsiflexion, our heel will come up and the body intuitively compensates in ways you don’t even know. By doing a golf-like motion targeting that area, we can create the dorsiflexion we desire.
