Deliver More Power Through Impact

This is a great feel drill to help you develop the awareness of where your upper body should be coming through impact. Standing six inches perpendicular to a wall as if you were hitting into it, the goal is to get your trail hand flush against the wall with your fingers pointing down.

You can’t reach your hand there; you need to properly turn your body in order to mimic the appropriate motion through impact to deliver all the power you are creating.
