Sure, we all like to do sit-ups, shoulder and chest exercises but golf-specific exercises can take your game to another level. Authentic sequencing of the body, functional abdominal muscles, and strong shoulders will result from this exercise! Next time in the gym grab a couple of light dumbbells and begin to lunge back and forth in a rotational manner with your lead leg while swinging your arms on the golf plane. As you get the movement down increase the speed that you perform it and watch your swing speed increase as a result!
