When looking at the body and our effort to create a good golf swing, there are some obvious motions and not-so-obvious motions that we see biomechanically. One of those not-so-obvious motions is the extension of the lead hip, which aids you in the backswing to get more fully behind the ball in order to make a full and complete turn.
