An important piece of the body that is often overlooked in the swing is the mobility and stability of the trail hip. We often take this part of the body for granted, but when we identify and work to specifically increase the mobility and stability of that hip in the backswing and transition, we can immediately feel the impact it has on our power source through the downswing and into impact.
