The Mistakes I often see with golfers doing med ball throws are they first don’t set up in their golf posture (begin in a good starting position). Second, they make too big of a backswing which causes them to throw with their arms (Take hands back waist high and emphasize using your hips and core to rotate through). I also see golfers move their head toward the wall as they throw the ball (Imagine keeping your head still and behind the imaginary golf ball on the ground like you do when you swing). Finally, golfers make the mistake of using too heavy of a ball which again causes them to throw too much with their arms (Stay light for more power and proper sequencing).
