If you struggle with your low point control, take an alignment rod and put it about six inches behind your golf ball. With a few balls lined up, take a practice swing making sure you shift some pressure into your lead foot and stay level with your pivot.

Practicing this drill will help you to get better awareness of where your club’s low point is, which will lead to more solid contact, striking the ball before you hit the ground.
