The mental and physical game cross over when a player is struggling with their ball striking. Thinking about the up, down and back up nature of the golf swing, thinking about where the lowest point of the swing should be is a key to better ball striking. Instead of worrying about how to make better contact, worry about what you should be doing – make the lowest point of your swing be slightly in front of the ball.
