There’s a very small movement that a lot of you are not aware of – the micromove. This is the initiation of a pro golfer’s swing. Sometimes it’s blatant like a Matthew Wolff; other times its so small its nearly indiscernible like Sam Snead, Sergio Garcia or Ernie Els.

Instead of freezing over the ball or getting stagnant, make sure you’re keeping your body loose and moving. Incorporating a micromove or a swing trigger is a great way to start a golf swing.
