We get this course list started with Trump International Golf Club located in West Palm Beach, Florida. Jim Fazio designed this course in partnership with Trump, who made sure to include several large waterfalls, a feature that has become his signature. Even though Florida is typically believed to be a flatter state topographically, the 18th tee at the Championship Course is 58 feet above sea level.
