Golf’s coolest customer, Fred Couples, has listed his La Quinta, Calif. home for $3.95 million, according to the LA Times. The 1992 Masters champion is selling the Mediterranean themed abode after owning the property for the past seven years.
The desert hideaway boasts “a gated courtyard entry, decorative Spanish tile, stone fireplaces and wrought iron chandeliers. A vine-wrapped loggia sits off the kitchen and breakfast area. A great room topped with arched and vaulted ceilings, a formal dining room and a media room are also within close to 5,200 square feet of living space. Upper and lower master suites each have a fireplace and a terrace for a total of four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.”
