Took me a couple of tournaments to get back into normal routines after such a long break, but game is definitely trending in the right direction with a top 3 finish @isps_handa #UKChampionship . Even though it’s disappointing to lead a tournament and not taking advantage of a fairly easy par 5, I take a lot of positives out of this week. Game was very close to where I want it to be and I am looking forward to a golf course that I really like @edamvalderrama . “It takes 4 weeks for you to notice results, 8 weeks for your friends to notice your results, and 12 weeks for everyone else to notice them.” It has been a few months since my last fitness shoot and I have one coming up next week. I’ll be honest…getting in shape for it has been twice as fucking hard for me as it normally is. I let myself get out of my range during Covid and was about 12 lbs heavier than usual when I started training three weeks ago. It has taken almost a month of of two-a-day workouts to see results. Stay with it…nothing is overnight. And it takes a minute for everyone else to notice….but they will. What is your favorite way to shape up quickly? @tayprice
