At first glance, it may seem like I’m one of those blessed people who can eat whatever they want, never work out but somehow stay slim and fit. In reality, that’s not exactly the case. I follow the keto and intermittent fasting lifestyle, due to a family history of diabetes. My caloric intake consists of 70% fat, 20% protein and 10% carbohydrates + I eat only between 12pm-7pm, to keep my blood sugar low. This means that with a slight lifestyle modification, I can have pizza, burgers, bacon (+ so many other yummy foods), not work out and still stay healthy and fit.
