Sand shots are among the toughest in golf, but this guy was giving that cavernous bunker a little too much credit. Sure, you may not be able to hit the majestic, spinning shot the pros routinely hit, but by simply wanting to extricate himself and hit off of grass again, he made a fail video for the ages.
Luckily (for us) or unluckily (for him), who ever videoed his attempt at getting out of bunker was using the gottaGolf app, which allows players to add a ball tracer to their shots. By the time the video cuts out, our golfing friend had moved more sand than he had the ball, he had taken seven swipes at the ball and he was practically back where he started.
Not ideal.
