Golf trick shots have entered the cooking world, and we’re all better for it.
Just like the NBA Dunk Contest needed someone like Michael Jordan or Vince Carter to reinvent the competition, Matthew and James from @thatgolfgrind are doing their part to reinvent the trick shot game.
Ironically enough, the trick shot community seems to be pushing each other just like their counterparts on Tour are. Between the big names you’ve likely seen on Sportscenter and the Today Show such as Coach Rusty or Holein1TrickShots, and the ones you may not have heard of like SAS_Golf, there is very little fall of between the talent levels.
Matthew and James have hit it big before, appearing on the Steve Harvey Show on April 6 to show off some of their best tricks, including playing Golf Jenga.
Their latest viral video is the one you can see above — hitting burgers and hot dogs off of a roof and onto a lit grill. That’s one way to get into the grilling season.
If Matthew and James keep these types of trick shots coming, we’ll be seeing plenty more of these young golfers in the coming years.
