As golfers, we know we are crazy, but this is borderline insane. In the midst of Hurricane Irma’s approach, WFTV’s Christian Bruey was reporting live from Winter Park Country Club in Winter Park, Florida on its progress when he came across a couple guys trying to squeeze in a few holes before the heavy stuff came down.
While standing in a foot of water, two golfers hilariously played through Bruely. But then like a pro, he put on his commentator hat and said that the shot “wasn’t too bad.” Whether the greenskeeper agrees is a different story.

But wait, that’s not all! Moments later the camera panned over to some people skim boarding and right on cue, a girl wiped out and Bruley handled it with class by saying, “that did not go so well for her.”
While Irma’s fury is no laughing matter, at least this was a moment we could all smile about.
