Gurleen Kaur Turning Heads

It’s one thing to play lights out at an LPGA Tour event.  It’s icing on the cake to look super stylish while doing so.

Frankly, that defines Gurleen Kauer who turned gallery and TV viewers’ heads with her strong play and fabulous fashion en route to career-best second place finish at the Portland Classic this past weekend.

The LOHLA SPORT ambassador sported the brand’s premium ladies’ golf-lifestyle apparel with confidence and poise, closing the tournament with a bogey-free, seven-under final round 65, four strokes behind winner Akie Iwai.

Exclusively wearing LOHLA SPORT, Kaur, 25, relies on the stretchy, top-selling The Very Pant with coordinated tops, bottoms, skorts and outerwear.  All styles feature colorful, on-trend European designs with Los Angeles flair integrated with cuts and luxe fabrics that optimize athletic movement.

The good thing is that you, too, can look as chic as Kaur.  It’s as simple as frequently visiting the LOHLA SPORT website for mainstay and new designs, color combinations and fabrications.

“There is a correlation between looking good, feeling good and performing well during tournaments,” says the 25-year-old Kaur.  “LOHLA SPORT outfits are also versatile – they’re comfortable, fashionable, playful and classy when hanging out with friends and family.”

“We are thrilled for Gurleen on her stellar play in Portland,” says Lisa O’Hurley, Founder and CEO of LOHLA SPORT.  “Embodying the empowered LOHLA SPORT woman, she’s driven on the course and is fun, intelligent and stylishly put together off the course.”

LOHLA SPORT’s “Made for Play” mantra captured Kaur’s attention in early 2024 when Baylor golf coach Jay Goble introduced Kaur and fellow Baylor University alum O’Hurley, and the two became fast friends.  Soon thereafter, Kaur joined Annika Sorenstam on the LOHLA SPORT professional staff.

Recognized as one of golf’s brightest young stars, Kaur finished fifth at the LPGA Q-Series to secure full status on the 2024 LPGA Tour.  An Academic All-Big 12 team member and a four-time All-American at Baylor, she made the cut at the 2021 U.S. Women’s Open at the age of 21.

Born and raised in Houston, Kaur was a top student at Baylor University’s business school and speaks three languages with impetus from her India-born parents, Parminder Singh and Navneet Kaur.

Beyond the LPGA Tour, LOHLA SPORT enjoys tremendous following among country club and resort golfers.  Since debuting in January 2021, it’s ushered in a “Golfleisure” movement akin to Lululemon’s “Athleisure” craze.

Let’s not forget that LOHLA SPORT’s leader is married to actor John O’Hurley who starred as the recurring fictional character J. Peterman on Seinfeld.
