Jordan Spieth’s holiday break was one to remember. One night after getting engaged to longtime girlfriend Annie Verret, Spieth had another life-altering event, albeit in virtual reality.
Spieth’s Dallas-area home features a Full Swing Golf Simulator, which is nice when you’re a 24-year-old multi-major champion and can keep your game in check regardless of the weather outside. Wearing a festive ugly Christmas sweater, Spieth stove-piped an ace and went nuts.
While virtual holes-in-one aren’t easy to hit either, there’s still a difference between a virtual ace and a real one. Even still, Spieth celebrated accordingly with his assembled friends.
What a holiday season Spieth is having. He’ll try to carry over those good vibes next week in Hawaii as he kicks off his 2018 campaign at the Sentry Tournament of Champions.
