Man Arrested After Shooting At Topgolf

A fun night out at Topgolf turned to horror on Saturday night after shots were fired in the parking lot of the golf driving range restaurant in San Antonio, Texas.

The popular golf-themed entertainment venue turned into a crime scene after a large fight outside the building on San Antonio’s Northwest side. According to the television station KSAT, a group of 10 people was in a parking lot when a bystander said something about a pickup truck’s erratic driving.

A fight ensued and three people were injured in the shooting, one shot in the chest and two in the back. All the victims were taken to the hospital and were in critical condition. Police arrested a suspect in the shooting, a 22-year-old man on Sunday night.   

One of the injured is an employee of the location, Topgolf officials confirmed to KENS5 in San Antonio. The business was closed for four hours after the shooting.
