Tools: Jhonattan Vegas’ Winning Clubs In Canada

Jhonattan Vegas fired rounds of 73-69-70-64 to sneak up on the leaders and steal the Canadian Open last week over the likes of Dustin Johnson, Brandt Snedeker and Matt Kuchar. The win was Vegas’ second on the PGA Tour and his first since the 2011 Bob Hope Classic

In a day when pros are quick to put the newest clubs in their bag, Vegas stuck with what works. His 6-year old VR driver had him 11th in the field in driving distance and 9th in strokes gained: off the tee. If it’s not broke, don’t fix it.
