With all due respect to Henrik Stenson, it would be hard to not call Dustin Johnson the hottest golfer on the planet. Coming off of his U.S. Open and WGC-Bridgestone Invitational double-up, DJ finished T9 at the Open Championship and is in the driver’s seat once again at the RBC Canadian Open thanks to shots like the one above.
An opening-round 66 tied Johnson with Luke List for the overnight lead, one shot ahead of the group of Jon Rahm, Chesson Hadley, Kelly Kraft and Jared du Toit. Jason Day and Matt Kuchar are lurking at 3-under par following a pair of first-round 69s.
