SwingU, the sports technology and media company, would like to congratulate SwingU Coach client Craig Bocking, the award-winning Director of Instruction at The Ledges in Huntsville, Ala., for earning his PGA Master Professional status, the highest educational designation a PGA Member can obtain.
Bocking becomes just the 438th PGA Member to ever earn PGA Master Professional status. He achieved his designation in Teaching and Coaching. The PGA Master Professional program was established in 1969 to recognize PGA Members who make a significant effort to improve as golf professionals and maintain the highest degree of excellence for themselves and their operations.
“Becoming a PGA Master Professional has been a lifelong dream and goal of mine, and this achievement is the culmination of over 20 years of work, research and study,” says Bocking. “Ever since I got into the business I knew what I wanted to do, and that is to help my students play their best golf and grow the game. Craig has conducted over 20,000 in-person lessons over the years and is dedicated to helping all golfers reach their full potential regardless of skill level. Craig has a number of certifications and accolades to his credit, including being named a Golf Digest Best Coach In Alabama, a Future Champions Golf Top-25 Master Coach in the U.S.A. and 2016, 2021 & 2022 Alabama/NW Florida PGA Coach of the Year.
