Joke Of The Day
Tom and Bill were playing in the spring club championship. On a par 3, Bill hit first. He hit a 9-iron thin. The ball screamed down the fairway, skipped off the cart path, glanced off a tree and hit fellow member, Roger, on his shin.
The ball popped up, landed on the green and rolled in for a hole-in-one. Worried about their fellow member, Tom and Bill rushed over to check on him.
Tom could see he was OK but visibly upset. Tom said, “Roger, before you cuss out Bill, you should know that he did give you an ‘assist’ on the scorecard!”
