An amateur golfer was talking to his teaching pro.
“How do you get so much backspin?” the anxious am asked.
“Before I answer that, tell me, how far do you hit a 5 iron?” the pro responded.
“I don’t know… about 130 yards,” the am replied.
The pro cocked his head to the side bemused and said, “Then why in the world would you want the ball to spin back?”
