Justin Thomas came from a stroke back to win the Sentry Tournament of Champions in a three-man playoff over Patrick Reed and Xander Schauffele.
After blowing his one-shot lead on the 72nd hole, Thomas birdied the 18th on the first and third playoff holes to best Reed after Schauffele was eliminated on the first playoff hole.
The playoff was the difference between a $1.3 million winner’s check and $635,000 for each of the runners up.
