Graham DeLaet Fires Back at Angry Fan

Playing golf professionally and betting the are two very different things. One is real life, the other is literally called fantasy, but that doesn’t stop some daily fantasy sports (DFS) bettors from not being able to tell the difference.

On Friday, Graham DeLaet withdrew during the second round of The Northern Trust with a back injury, which apparently ruined one guy’s Draft Kings line up. The slighted DFS player decided to let the Canadian know about it on Twitter.

However, DeLaet wasn’t having any of it and fired back:

Coming into the playoffs at 67th in the overall standings after posting a T7 at the PGA Championship, his best finish in a major, fantasy gamers had reason to want DeLaet on their squads.

It still didn’t matter:

DeLaet will now have to wait and see his place in the standings come Sunday. Regardless of how far he makes it in the playoffs, he probably still won’t care about your fantasy team.
