Homa Throws Out First Pitch At Dodgers Game

There were a lot of perks that came with Max Homa’s first PGA Tour victory last week at the Wells Fargo Championship.

Aside from the enormous payday, the two-year exemption on the PGA Tour, a trip to next year’s Masters Tournament and his first start in a major championship this week at the PGA as a professional, Homa got some pretty cool off-the-course benefits as well, which was headlined by him throwing out the first pitch at Dodger Stadium on Friday night. 

Homa’s Dodger fandom was solidified on the dais of his post-round press conference at Quail Hollow when his Q&A with the media was interrupted by a Facetime call from Dodger legend Tommy Lasorda.

On Friday, the Burbank, California native was back in his hometown to throw out the first pitch ahead of the Dodgers-Nationals game.
