Watch: Matt Kuchar Aces 16 at the Masters

Masters Sunday always seem to produce some of the best moments on the golf’s biggest stage and this year was no different. While it was Sergio’s day winning his elusive first major, some other players made the pines of Augusta rattle with a few of these unbelievable shots.

One of them came Matt Kuchar when he aced the famous par-3 16th with the traditional Sunday pin placement. It was the first and only hole-in-one of the tournament. It also was the 28th ace in Masters history and the 19th on the 16th hole. But the best part has got to be the celebration. While signing a ball and giving it to a young fan is a nice gesture and something that kid will always remember for the rest of his life, you have to respect him taking off a random patron’s hat and flinging it into the air. Kuchar equaled the best round of the day firing a five-under 67 and finished tied for fourth.

There was also this 185-yard slam dunk from Russell Henley on the fifth hole, that actually halted play as they needed to redo the cup after he wrecked it.

Masters rookie Jon Rahm gave us a highlight real shot with this incredible chip in for eagle on the par-5 13th. He finished T27 in his debut.

Another Masters is in the books…let the countdown to 2018 begin!
