Phil Mickelson had a largely forgettable week on the course at Le Golf National, site of the 2018 Ryder Cup matches. Yet, ever the showman, Phil put on his most memorable performance during the post-Ryder Cup celebration.
Dressed in patriotic American flag pants and his Team USA hat, Mickelson proved that his viral ad campaign for Mizzen + Main was real and spectacular.
Using vice captain Zach Johnson as a prop, Mickelson high-kicked a water bottle off of Johson’s head.
Pretty impressive range of motion for the big lefty.
Of course, given Phil’s 0-2 record during the event, there was always going to be Photoshopped versions of the kick.
