One of the many perks of playing professional golf on the biggest stages is the accessibility you have to some of the world’s best club fitters and builders.
Luckily for Pat Perez, there were a line of Tour trucks at Bethpage Black this week ahead of the PGA Championship because he saw one of his most crucial weapons go M.I.A. during a range session on Wednesday.
Hitting balls on the range, Perez took a cut with his driver only to see the head of it go flying down the range.
The look on Perez’s face is priceless, but we’re sure he wasn’t without a driver for long.
Perez was set to kick off his PGA Championship first round on Thursday at 1:27 p.m. playing alongside Kevin Kisner and Bryson DeChambeau.
