DJ Returns For First Start Since Back Injury

The PGA Tour cranks back up in North Carolina this week as the top players in the world prepare for the next six weeks of golf, which include the Players Championship, the Memorial Tournament and the U.S. Open. The Wells Fargo Championship, this year held at Eagle Point Golf Club, kicks that stretch off.

World No. 1 Dustin Johnson returns to the Tour after an injury forced his withdrawal from the Masters. DJ, along with Phil Mickleson, Adam Scott and Patrick Reed will be featured on PGA TOUR LIVE this week, giving subscribers access to the best players in the world’s early-round coverage.

The Wells Fargo field includes 17 of the top 50 players in the Official World Golf Ranking, nine past champions and 16 major championship winners. To catch those prestigious names as well as others, subscribe to  PGA TOUR LIVE.

The Wells Fargo Championship is being played at Eagle Point Golf Club this week for the first time as a result of the tournament’s usual home, Quail Hollow, hosting the year PGA Championship later this year.
